Growing up as a Navy Brat,the middle child of 6,with strong Hollywood family artistic influence, it was my destiny to become a performer.
Starting at the tender age of 3, Kat made her first public appearance singing "Jesus Loves Me", in Camp LeJuene, North Carolina.
Through out her life, she has went on to gain recognition as a singer, successful song writer, creative play write and compelling actress.
Kat Callaway was discovered to be a "Natural", by John Henry Faulkner, author of the famous "Faulkner Novels" and story telling barber of the Hit TV show "Hee-Haw".
By pure fate, Mr. Faulkner's attention was captured by Kat. Kat Callaway made several TV appearances which opened doors to many other opportunities, as well as in Radio and Film.
Kat is no stranger to the stage of Live Theater.
She has gained respect and recognition for her performances, such as her supporting role in the Broadway Musical "Anything Goes".
Kat Callaway now brings her Red Dirt Roots with her Hollywood influenced life to the stage in,"The Women of Country Music" at The Tower Theater in Branson Missouri.
Kat Callaway pays tribute to some of the women who influenced her through out her life, sharing laughter and memories through music. A must see show in 2014 !
