I AM LOOKING TO JOIN or form an Oldies band...or maybe be a back-up singer tambourine dancin' fool for a ...50'S, 60's & 70's ...I have a strange genre of songs that I love to sing...Elvis, Patsy Cline, Janis Joplin, CCR, Some Motown, Beatles, Oldies, some one hit wonders, etc..I like up beat songs that people like to dance to and sing along with or song to bring back memories of the good ol' days....a sweet ballad..not every song needs to be an epic jam...and let's face it...I honestly don't think any of us on this site are gonna be winning any Grammy's any time soon. I certainly have day job and family.. sooo many to list...but just to name a few...ELVIS, THE BEATLES,JERRY LEE LEWIS , JANIS JOPLIN, LINDA RONSTADT, SHOCKING BLUE, BAD FINGER, EAGLES, THE COMMITMENTS, MOTOWN, DOO-WAP, and so on ...Just think of all the 45 records you stacked and played over and over...yeah, that's me that's the kinda band !!!!
