CALLING ALL MUSICIANS!
Looking for an opportunity to play while working on other projects or do ya have a a day job and want to make money doing what you love? US TOO! We are a lead female vocalist and lead male guitarist looking to form a WORKING bar/wedding/dance/party cover band. Ideally, we'd like to rehearse and get our stuff together for a couple of months, record a demo, then go out there and get some GIGS!
Looking for:
(1) Male or Female BASS Player
(2) Male or Female KEYBOARD/SYNTH Player (Someone who can recreate popular music sounds ie: Lady Gaga, Disco) in addition to being a chord player
(3) Male or Female DRUMMER
**Hopefully one of those people will be able to sing some background vocals

Type of Music:
We need people who can play everything from standards to disco to rock to Top 40.
We are trying to appeal to various crowds. (ie: being able to play at a bar/being able to play at a private party/being able to play a wedding)
Ex: If we were playing a bar, we'd want 2 or 3 sets: Rock, Top 40 and probably Disco
Ex: If we were playing a bar, we'd want to be able to have the above plus a standards set
We would like to hold auditions in Queens during OCTOBER 2010. (Probably on a Wednesday evening)
Practices would probably be held at a rehearsal studio in Queens on Sundays and probably one weekday.
REMEMBER: Initially, this is a NON-paying gig, but it will become a PAYING gig as soon as possible.
