Passionate, soulful singer and songwriter looking to play and record with other musicians and singers. I collaborate well if you are game for songwriting together. I tend to write folk/alternative pop rock, and enjoy experimenting with other genres. I wrote a bossa nova song and took a hip hop cypher class at Freight & Salvage where I, the teacher and a 11 year old boy wrote a song. I have a fondness for classic rock and old blues (Bessie Smith), etc. I also sing ancient Persian poetry (Hafiz and Rumi) folk tunes in Farsi.
