Lady and The Tramps is a relatively young punk inspired band, Formed in early 2009, due to a request to front-woman, Jessie Frary (Vocals), to perform a show at her local high school, two weeks prior to the event. With time short, Jessie recruited the talents of the original lineup, inside of a matter of days. The group consisted of Kyle Tortorella (Guitar), Chandler Woods (Guitar and vocals), Joshua Pisani (Bass and Vocals) and Josh Kendrick (Drums). Originally, the band was formed under the idea of being a hardcore punk outfit, with a twist of each band member’s own influences. Though the band played above popular expectations, they lost Chandler Woods, as their lead guitar player, soon after. His replacement, Drea Marlow has become the missing link to Lady and The Tramps’ sound, as they direct themselves towards their first line of more professional shows.
Having been placed in the top five bands, who played in 2009 at Mell Auditorium’s March Music Madness, with a critic score of 70/100, Lady and The Tramps obviously know how to play a live show. With a great deal of experience on and off stage from each member, every show is full of a perfect blend of energy and talent.
Also being an easy to work with band, Lady and The Tramps has a reputation for being prepared for every occasion, when it comes to their music. Still a young band, Lady and The Tramps has high expectations, and ambitions, to make it in the business, while still refusing to conform to the mainstream sound that many in their genre fall into.
