--Background:

Members of band reside in Jackson, MS and Mobile, AL...currently. Contact person (lead/rhythm guitarist/background vocalist + other instruments) resides in Jackson, MS, and has over 23 years of experience (performing, songwriting, etc.) Both guitarists have played in some of the same bands over the past 17+ years.
Both guitarists also have good friends(musicians)in the music business...good business experience, and other networking avenues.

--Requirements or preferences:

*For a lead vocalist: we prefer someone with at least some songwriting experience; can play other instruments-welcomed, but not required; needs to have good stage presence

*For an ideal bassist: we prefer a bassist with decent experience...bass as main instrument is preferred (not a guitarist who plays bass like a guitarist). Background vocal abilities preferred, but not required.

*For an ideal keyboardist: we prefer someone who plays a Hammond B3-type of organ or something similar to one; electric piano( Fender Rhodes or Wurlitzer); piano; vocal abilities are ideal...but not required; songwriting experience a plus...but not required.

*This is a new project. Our plan is to begin with mainly cover songs...carefully chosen ones...not ones that are overplayed, but ones that will definitely interest an audience. Originals will be introduced into shows early on...but carefully as the band's audience/reputation grows. We already have several original songs completed, and many more works in progress.

*This is a very driven band with ambitious goals in mind(but with realistic steps being considered and taken to achieve them.)

*Good chemistry between band members is essential.
