Covers & originals drummer. Looking for a band averaging 3 to 4 gigs a month. I tend to fit in with any pop/blues/funk band. I have good feel and can learn a song in a minute or two (just to play, then I go back and learn it completely). My most recent band used in-ear monitors and PA (no stage volume), but I'm fine with using amps and monitors on stage. I sing backups, but would prefer not to sing leads. My biggest asset seems to be that I am easy to get along with.

EQUIPMENT
I switched from acoustic drums (numerous kits) to electronic Roland TD-12KX, modified with Drum-tec and Vxpressions custom sound kits. I also utilize the TD-12 to trigger Native Instruments Studio Drummer via midi w/laptop. I have about 20 kits suitable for playing live (of course I can also access Roland's electronic sounds, but they aren't as useful). Kits are very punchy and balanced, easy to mix and monitor. I also have amps, mics, cords, stands, etc.
