I'm an electric and acoustic guitarist with deep roots in Maine. I've been playing the guitar in bands since my early teens, both locally and regionally. Aside from several cover band gigs over the years, I've had the great opportunity to perform with some excellent original artists, including:

- Jess Tardy (Nashville/Boston - ./pages/Jess-Tardy-Music/280684547338)

- Scott Link (of Diesel Doug & The Long Haul Truckers fame - .cdbaby/cd/scottlink)

- The Brilliant Mistakes (NYC - .TheBrilliantMistakes)

These gigs gave me the chance to play throughout much of New England and New York City and got me on stage for a few gigs at the 2005 SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas.

In the late 90s, I recorded an album of original tunes with my then band, Every Sunday (s://

I don't consider myself having a particular playing style...I guess I see my self as a bit of a guitar "generalist." I'm not a serious jazz player (though I can work through it), I'm not a shredder, and Hip Hop and Rap are not of interest to me. But I'm pretty comfortable with anything else you can throw at me. If I had to pick a favorite playing scenario, that would be working with a talented singer/songwriter as the guitarist/back-up vocalist in his or her smokin' band.

At this time, I'm looking for gigging opportunities with a band (or bands) playing great covers and/or originals. And while I'm not a site-reading kind of guy, I also love recording opportunities. My day gig is pretty demanding, but I have reasonable flexibility, especially at night and on the weekends.

As a side note, a secondary passion for me is health & fitness.

If you're interested in connecting, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
