Hey Philly and NYC musicians,
I'm a female, blues-rock singer-songwriter that just released my first EP, "Ooh La La", on March 24th. I'm looking for a Saxophone player, a Keyboard player with the ability to play percussively (B3 organ when necessary) and a rhythm guitarist to round out my current band and play shows within Philly, NYC, and the mid-Atlantic area. I also plan to release a full-length record very soon, so creative collaborators are welcome.
Important: I'm only looking for very serious, very talented musicians willing to work hard, practice hard, and play a ton of shows. I'm looking for committed musicians, not hobbyists.
The Music: I write rock music heavily influenced by blues, funk, and jazz, all glossed together with pop hooks and melodies. My sound is similar to Grace Potter & The Nocturnals, Alabama Shakes, ZZ Ward, and Serena Ryder.
I really hope to hear from some of you kick-ass Philly musicians! Rock on \m/
