Influences are Funk, Rhythm & Blues, Brazilian Jazz, Straight Ahead jazz...My group performs 90% original smooth jazz material composed by myself. Other musicians are more than welcome to contribute smooth jazz compositions to our show. I have had several singles on the smooth jazz charts. I am always seeking new musicians, especially those who are willing to tour. You don't have to be an expert at reading charts but you should be able to know your way around a lead sheet.
