I have played Texas Honky Tonks for 30+ years prior to moving to Washington. I have lots of studio and stage experience, sing excellent harmony vocals and fairly good lead, although I am perfectly comfortable doing harmonies only. I have played in bands that opened for Tracy Byrd, Restless Heart, Gary Allen, Rhett Akins, Charlie Daniels Band, etc. I have performed gigs from Seattle to Boston. I used to to average over 200 gigs per year but am now looking for a slower pace.

Influences
Merle Haggard, George Jones, all of the oldies, but I also am seriously influenced by the likes of Jason Aldeen and the newer generation.
EQUIPMENT
Takamine 6 string acoustic/electric; 1876 Steiner violin with great sounding Baggs bridge and pickup. All of my electronics are still in Texas but I'll get what I need to be properly rigged.
