Music and consults on issues of entrepreneurship and music business. He assisted in the
re-mix of Simon Townshend’s (lead guitar, The Who) CD, Among Us and has lead
numerous workshops concerning radio, music marketing and career development. He
has worked with Jonathan Edward’s label, Rising Records and Steve Burton of
Rounder Records. He has presented numerous seminars nation-wide, including the Folk
Alliance and the NEMO Conference.

Kevin has toured the Soviet Union and shared the stage with artists like Patty Larkin,
Simon Townshend, Peter Wolf, Johnny Hoy & The Bluefish, the Swinging Steaks,
and Livingston Taylor. His CD, This Distant Light, featured Duke Levine, Ellis Paul,
Vance Gilbert and Catie Curtis. Nominated for a Boston Music Award, the project
received national press and airplay at over 120 radio stations. His label, WaterBoat
Music, recently inked a national distribution deal with Goldenrod/Horizon for Kevin’s
latest critically acclaimed release, Trust – featuring Kevin Barry, Mike Rivard, and
“Keenly observed, intelligently crafted songwriting.”

one-hour shows featured Vance Gilbert, Ellis Paul, Tony Cuffe, Johnny Cunningham,
The Mollys, Patty Larkin and other top folk artists.
