A little about myself...
These days, especially in the bar band scene, everybody wants the best musicians. I understand that and I will tell you right now that there are hundreds of guitarists out there that can play circles around me. Everybody wants that guy in their band. What they don't see, however, is when you put that person into a specific group setting, you find out that even though the guy can play like Van Halen on his own, he can't in a group setting...or if he can, you get the 'rockstar' diva attitude or the lack of commitment or the drugs...I could go on.
That's where I come in. I don't try to be the best guitarist. I do my best to be the right all-around professional for YOUR project, and I have results that prove my success at this. I am good at listening to and playing along. I can step forward, do my lead and then step back and blend with the group. I understand the fundamentals and what it really takes to not just play, but put on a show at a high level. I understand how to use my equipment and change my techniques to get the right sound. I also act with class, integrity and respect for those I am playing with, and I HAVE FUN doing It!
