I had to edit this so it's up to date now. I am a guitarist who can sing. I'm old, but don't look it. I used to have long dreads... not anymore. I'm short but fit. Good pipes for the most part. Unsure about my voice now after a few bouts with Covid, but it's coming back although it's not totally reliable, yet. No problems with pitch, just stamina. There's some power/gritty loss. I'm forming a project, but might be available for your project it the sitch is right. I've got another guitarist, keyboardist, and drummer waiting in the wings... all pro players. I have a singer in mind and material... covers/originals, but we're still in talks. One thing we need (although there are 2 guys who want the gig) is a bassist. Think Flea and Bootsy had sex w/Geddy, and Jaco supervised the whole affair. Get the picture? Rock, Funk, Progressive, Groove-oriented, well-crafted songs for the original side of things. Don't let Father Time fool ya. I'll bring it! Again, while that's cooking I might be available for the right sitch? But all bets are off if 'that' comes together like I hope unless someone offers me a Tour. In summation, I LOVE HIGH ENERGY HARD ROCKIN FUNKY stuff, but I'm very diverse and flexible and expect the same. I've already had my 5 min. of fame; I'm ready for the next 10. Check out the tunes... they're kinda old, but you'll get the idea of how I write/play! I am a guitarist first, but I do love to sing.

EQUIPMENT
I got a new rig Fall '23. It's a Kemper. It's taking more time to learn all the ins and outs than I thought it would, which proves I'm def getting old, but OMG does it sound KILLER. I also had my old buddy Dave Friedman build me a pedal board, which may be overkill, but OMG... I have Strats and a 335, a Taylor, a Classical, and a Frankenstein Strat that's more Metal-ish than anything. The only thing left is to get the right Mic and a Boom stand and I'll be good-to-go! Unfortunately I don't have a back-up rig. The only other set-up I have to play out is my old touring rig (a 16-space rack fully stuffed with 90's gear ie. Boogie, Carvin, Quad, SPX. BBE, GCX, etc. and a vintage Marshall stack). That does not translate to today's gear or functionality. That's it.
