Heavy metal drummer just moved to the area. Looking for a metal band or a side project that combines drums with club DJ mixing (similar to Drums In The Club). I've played the last 4 years in a metal band from Central Illinois called Betrayal From Within and spent years before that in various metal and rock bands around Illinois.

Metal: Tool, Slayer, Dream Theater, Static-X, Strapping Young Lad, Arch Enemy, Rammstein, The Sword, Pelican, Opeth, Meshuggah, Machine Head, Lamb of God, Isis, Intronaut
90s Alternative/Grunge: Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Korn, Limp Bizkit (don't hate, John Otto had a FAT groove)
Electronica: Hybrid, Skrillex, Astral Projection

EQUIPMENT
Yamaha Stage Custom Nouveau 6-piece kit fitted with Evans EC and EMAD heads. 4 crash cymbals, 2 hi-hats, 1 ride, and 1 China, combination of Paiste, Zildjian, and Sabian (I choose on sound, not brand). DW9002 pedals and Vic Firth Titan sticks. 100% road tested equipment.
I also have a PA system complete with mixing board, power amp, and main speakers (no monitors or microphones).
