Influences
From Django Reinhardt, Charlie Parker, other Jazz masters, of course, Beatles, Stones, Hendrix, Yes, Steely Dan...really too many greats in 60s & 70s to list all. Not much, if at all into any modern pop or bro country, I do like country but in the Willie, Haggard, George Jones and beforehand era when it was real. Zappa is big with me the 80s had amazing music...Elvis Costello, Squeeze, Smith's and others, but lots of crap . From then on, I did enjoy both of Damon Albarn's bands, and others in Brit pop...since then, few and far between... White Stripes and others that began just before 2000 are bout the end of great guitar music.
