"KILLJOY. Powerful. Explosive. Aggressive. Original metal from New York. At times straight-ahead and crushing, at others complex and nuanced. Killjoy's is a sound that can appeal to the traditional metal fan and still be undeniably modern."

We are currently seeking a bass player with the right mix of passion, professionalism, ambition, and a positive, easy-to-get-along-with attitude.
We are not dragonforce, but please have some chops and be willing to show them off here and there. Reliable, good quality equipment is also a must.
Our live sets are aggressive and energetic (see videos below) and our music is not easily pigeonholed into any of the numerous metal subgenres (see influences).
We practice regularly at Dynamic studios in Holbrook and gig all over LI and the surrounding states. Touring is not happening just yet, but we are serious and fully commited to taking this band as far as possible.
We do not care about age, race, gender, or your "look"; the only important thing is that you possess the qualities listed above and the desire to get out there and destroy.
