KILN THEORY is a group of guys and a chick who just want to breakthrough barriers of religion, politics, music and art. We make music to express our artistic views, and most of all we make music to impact the world. With our music we hope to connect people with God, through Christ. We have many influences and our sound transcends all musical styles. and lyrically we are very much also influenced by literature and characters in movies, trying to change the camera angels. For example the song Sita(NO Cobblestones), which is about and against the unfair trade policies we have, is based upon and name after the female character in Thomas Mann's novel the Transposed Heads; her name means "burrow" which symbolically means the place you would plant a seed, and well most produce is grown from the burrow. Well hopefully you can take a listen and enjoy it for yourself.
