SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
Need a drummer? I'm ready to play out on a moment's notice, so contact me. I pick up pretty fast any song I might not know.
I'll play in almost any band that likes to have fun and sound professional. I'm past my college days, so you really young bands might not want gramps sitting on the drum throne.
Drummers, as a breed, are generally twitchy and aggressive. We carry a crap-load of heavy gear and like to hit things. Please...do not tell me to play quieter or slower. That will only make me play louder and faster...I'm only half-kidding. I use dynamics, so don't worry that every song will be a bash-fest.
Drumming isn't my day job, so if it isn't perfect, I suppose that's too bad. I've been in several bands and know how to play for feel, and to get a crowd engaged. If you want, I'll throw on the click and we can be metronomically phenomenal.
Email emada04v e r i z o n . n e t if you need a pick-up drummer for a gig or two, or want to make a band of it. I don't have Premier Bandmix, so notice the funny email address. Thanks.

Influences
What I play is not necessarily to what I listen. I prefer to be in a mosh pit, but I guess those days are a little behind me now...or not.
I generally play more back-beat and fills like Bun E. Carlos. It'd be great to have George Kollias skills, but there's no way my double-bass fun is hitting 200+ bpm...
