I guess this is where I describe myself, yes?
I'm a singer and pianist from Oklahoma. Currently, I'm working as an accountant for Papa John's corporate office. My greatest aspirations have been to put my poetry and short stories to song, to help them come to life even more, and show my talent to a wider variety of people.
I tend to sing on the low side, however it is not impossible for me to sing on the high end. My piano training has been on the classical side, although I'm hoping that I can meet someone who can show me how to properly improvise and make chords that compliment my music rather than follow the melody. I used to sing in Canterbury Choral Society as a young girl (from around nine to twelve years of age) and I've been playing piano since I was three years old.
Random side notes:
I love to harmonize and find different ways to emphasize the beauty of a song by adding a harmony that isn't in the song already.
Just as a general note, I know that I put those three types of music down, but I also love techno-style music and hope to play some of my own one day.
