ABOUT

Battle-hardened rock bass player with half a century of (almost) uninterrupted experience.
Toured in Europe with a Krautrock Band and played in a Stones cover band in the 70s.
Opened for Jethro Tull on a few dates in Germany during their Storm Watch Tour.
Played with Highway Drifter in East Tennessee during 2018 and 2019. The photos date from back then.

Currently playing with the hard rock band Iron Station in Maryville. Updated pictures will be coming soon!

I have completed a classical music curriculum in Europe and
fluently read & write notation, tablature and charts.
I supported myself thru college as a music educator teaching classical guitar, E-bass and General Musicianship (music theory, scales & modes, composing & arranging).

In my spare time I transcribe and arrange classical music (mostly Johann Sebastian Bach) for modern instruments (2-3 electric guitars + 6-string bass) and work on creating an interactive 6-string bass training & practicing course based on 350+ classic rock songs (trying to expand that to 500).

I have an expansive repertoire of rock songs that I have either completely memorized or play along by sightreading. Below is just a small sampling of music that I play either with Iron Station or just for my personal enjoyment (Iron Station songs are in caps).
