I have a higher education in Percussion (graduate of University of Michigan Music School in Percussion) and Post Graduate work in Jazz studies at DePaul University. I'm currently concentrating on just Drum Set and continue my studies with Professional players in Chicago. I'm actively playing with people who play a variety of styles (Jazz, Rock, R&B, Funk, Country etc..).

Influences
My instructors, Michael Udow (Percussion), Alan Swain (Jazz Piano), Paul Wertico (Drum Set) and Larry Gray (Bass - Ensemble).
For drum set, I listen to everyone from local Chicago players to the usual big name players (Elvin, Jack, Tony, Max, Roy, etc..)
