ABOUT

I am moving out to the Philadelphia area on September 10, 2010. I am interesting in forming a jazz trio or quartet with talented and creative musicians. I am a pianist that currently plays on an Ensoniq Halo Synth, although; I am hoping to upgrade my instrument when money allows it. The goal is to become a career musician. I don't know about you guys, but I'm getting a bit tired working dead end jobs that have no soul or sense of fun. Please send messages and I'll try to post some actual piano licks here instead of the electronica example I have going on here.

*update*- A friend of mine suddenly decided to buy a digital recorder after hearing me play for him at his house. The idea is that I will record a series of piano only songs. So stay tuned for a couple of them to go up here. He also tells me he is building a website to showcase me. I must have impressed him which makes me feel honored more than you can know. I still have to question the logic of the purchase a bit though?....

Bill Evans, Brad Mehldau, Miles Davis, Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, Queen, Prince, Nine Inch Nails, Tori Amos, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, countless classic Disney Numbers (I believe Walt was also greatly influenced by Tchaikovski), Jean Buadrillard, Jean-Paul Sartre, Roland Barthes, John Waters.

I must also note that there a countless number of song bits and what not that people have either given me or I downloaded. I can't even recall the names of these, but must admit that they are influences none-the-less.
