ABOUT

I'm Gerry "Krash" Campbell, currently living just outside of Nashville, TN. I'm a singer/songwriter/musician. I am a member of ASCAP, TAXI, the SGA and the NASI. I have extensive experience in touring, management, promotion, song writing and creative writing. I have just finished my federally-funded vacation in bucolic Marion, Il under the watchful eye of the BOP. Trying to get adjusted to life on the outside again. I sometimes cannot contact you through Bandmix. Please contact me at webwezel . com or call 615-684-4058.

Influences

I grew up playing bluegrass and rockabilly as a child. Into rock with a commercial appeal. Also interested in melodic acoustic music and hard-hitting ballads. Not tied down by one genre. I've been influenced by the music, playing styles or writing styles of artists such as Jeff Beck, Muddy Waters, Ritchie Blackmore, Hank Williams Sr., Queen, Mountain, Uriah Heep, Black Sabbath, The Offspring, Green Day, ZZ Top, Kid Rock, Black Eyed Peas, Johann Sebastian Bach and so on. I've only been influenced but never tried to copy anyone.
