Mostly: P bass with flatwounds > 100w tube head > 115 'til I can get a 215 that fits my trunk..
Usually plug straight in, but have DI, notch filter, 10-band EQ, 24dB/octave HPF, octaver.
Basses: 1983 SQ-series P (active PJ 5-string Tune TBJ52 if called for).
Strings: TI JF344, Pyramid 640/1, LaBella M45, M46, Fender 9050CL, GHS M7200, Circle K.
Preamp tubes: Sylvania Gold JHS-5751 triple-mica black plate; Tungsram Hungary ECC83.
Amps (100w tube heads): Pignose B100V (4x6L6GC), two AIMS (2x6550A).
Speaker: Faital 15PR400 in Music Man RH115.
