90s kid from the Memphis suburbs. First got "into" music with Metallica (trying to play electric guitar from tabs via a 28k modem...) but quickly found 311 and bass guitar as a teenager and leaned into that. My focus remains bass but I am more likely to listen to classic rock or an upcoming "be" band than to 311 these days. I was in a decent band while living in Austin, TX post-college playing bass on indie rock originals. We played two shows out, The Exit Inn and Club Deville, and did a day recording in a semi-pro (hipster) studio in East Austin. I moved back to Memphis in 2012 and have been playing/recording with friends some at home but no real band practice. Looking to get back to playing with others in a live setting to build my skills. I am equally interested in original and cover material.
