Founding member of the Hillbilly Hellcats, (8 million streams and 60,000 monthly listeners on Spotify), The Calf Branders, Mustang Lightning and Lance "Romance" Bakemeyer. (All also on Spotify and iTunes). BMI songwriter and Publisher since 1998. Original songs in TV and some movies paying royalties. Have played upright slap bass in 16 Countries and 40 States with the Hillbilly Hellcats. (Over 1 million CD's sold and download/streams in the multi millions since 1995).

I have played as a side man (sometimes songwriter) for Jinx Jones, Kerry Pastine and the Crime Scene, Last Call Romance, the Barnyard Stompers, Danny B Harvey, the Railbenders and Jonny Barber. (The Velvet Elvis). (All can be found on Spotify and iTunes as well).

I'm Interested in doing either a duo or trio with no drums as a Honky Tonk, Classic Country, (think George Jones, Ray Price, Buck Owens and Hank Sr.), Spaghetti Western, Rockabilly, Bluegrass, and Western Swing type project that does mainly originals and some covers. (All danceable). I am friends with the duo calling themselves the Poudre Valley Playboys from Ft. Collins, and they are doing very well with this format. I have many un-recorded originals that I would like to record as well - Instrumentals and Country & Western. Rockabilly in all its forms. Surf Instrumentals, Blues, Rock, Classic Rock, Classic Country, Western, Honky Tonk, Bluegrass, Americana, Spaghetti Western, Swing and Jump Blues.

I played 4-5 nights per week in a cover/wedding band from 1983-1993 that played everything. In 1990 I started Mustang Lightning that did covers and originals. In 1993 I started the Hillbilly Hellcats that did 100% originals. In 2004 I started the Calf Branders that played 90% originals.
