ABOUT
I've played with many bands throughout my life, starting in a country and western band in NW PA when I was about 15 or so. Formed my own band a year later and we played mostly Ventures songs with some English invasion bands thrown in. Since then I've played bass or guitar in all sorts of venues from large concerts to tiny honky tonks. I sing and have been playing a solo gig for a long, long time.

Influences
Tommy Emanuel, Chet Atkins, soft rock bands like Eagles, Beatles, Buffalo Springfield, CSN&Y, Poco, country bands all along the spectrum from southern rock to George Jones. I like bluegrass music but wouldn't care to play it all night. I like tinpan alley jazz like Nat King Cole would do, or the Stardust stuff Willie Nelson did.
EQUIPMENT
I have a lot of guitars and amps, a small PA system. I use a looping pedal (JamMan) and a vocal harmonizer (TC Helicon Voicelive 2) but try not to over use that stuff. I do love to sing harmonies, though.
