Would like to start a band in the Florissant, Co area. Southern Rock, Blues Rock, Looking for musicians that like to play this kind of music. I am from Florida where a lot of people play music just in someone's house or out by a camp fire. I miss it a lot and looking to find people to get together with to maybe form a band. I have played in bands back in the 90's and also played bars and private parties.I don't claim to be equivalent to any of these musicians that I attempt to play like, I love music and love to play. I have been going to the Thunderbird on open mike night to play but the problem is I don't know some of the songs they play and have not been able to practice with anyone.
