ABOUT

I started drumming in '81, played for about 25 years and then quit "cold turkey", took up guitar after that (so, now, playing guitar for about 8 years), started learning to sing about 4 years ago. Mainly into the Blues, some "swamp funk" (e.g., The Meters), plus a jazz tune or two (Miles' "All Blues", Cannonball Adderley's "Mercy, Mercy, Mercy", "Georgia on my Mind", which I can sing). Would like to play small-time bar gigs in Manhattan maybe once a month.
