Band to Join.ABOUT
I am currently looking to join a band and/or entertaining the idea of starting a community band in the Hutchinson, MN area. I am a little rusty but have been playing bari and alto sax for 15 years, i just purchased a tenor sax to play with since i lack funding for a baritone. I can also play clarinet but not too well. I am in need of rehearsal space. I dont care about doing gigs or not (tho they are tons of fun!) I dont care about money, i just want to play and have fun. I do take it seriously tho when it comes to work ethic and rehearsing my part. I thoroughly love to play jazz, blues, big band, but i love almost all genres. I can appreciate and play almost anything. I am very good at sightreading (although its been a while). I was also in choir when i was in school but only for a couple years.
