I acquired my first job in broadcasting at KITU-TV 34 as an audio engineer and master control operator in 1999. I also obtained membership with The Society of Broadcast Engineers in 2000. I've been a member of BMI for over 20 years and I have 149 music works published with BMI. I am a multi-instrumentalist and have been producing, writing, and arranging music works for myself, and other artists and musicians for over 30 years. I produce music works in the genres of Jazz, Rock, Zydeco, Soul, Latin, Hip-hop, Country, Spoken Word, and Gospel/Christian. I am the founder of the recording studio band Gullahsoul Muzik and soulisticmusicrevival of Freeport, Texas. soulisticmusicrevival/Gullahsoul Muzik consists of Lee Carlos Alston, Sr., Paul Williams, Lee Carlos Alston, Jr., Omar Williams, David Simmons, and Henry Jones III. I am executive music producer and audio engineer for Express Yourself Records, Dallas, TX working on a per diem basis. I've worked with contestants who've appeared on "American Idol" and "Sunday Best". In 2017 and 2018 we produced music works for "Hawkeyes" a television show filmed in Australia by Edward Kinard the CEO of Lion's Den Worldwide Entertainment. In February 2019, our recording studio band "soulisticmusicrevival" was ranked #1 in the Christian/Gospel category on Reverbnation's Top 10 music charts.
