Hi! For many years I was an active singer-songwriter, and I miss it. As a teenager and college student in Texas, I preferred composing melodies and writing lyrics at home to going out to parties. In the late 90s and early 2000s I burnt several CDs of my music to give away. Then I moved out to California and formed a band called Opal Axis. We released two EPs which are still on iTunes today. But I became very sick with Lyme disease and in 2011 I had to quit the band. I haven’t really created music with anyone else since that time, and man I’d love to start something up again. You can see some of my old singing videos on the you tuuuuube at /Lahowla but keep in mind I was much younger then than I am now. I live in Saint Michael near Rogers MN now and I’m a housewife, a mom, and a designer/editor who dabbles in animal rescue. Id love to meet you if you’re looking for a singer who also composes music, to create some new songs. I love to co-write melodies and I also love duets, so if you sing that’s a bonus!

Influences
Music with powerful melodies, plenty of minor chords, piano and strings (I love cello and violin!), generally the stuff that really gets you in the feels. Not into heavy metal or super loud stuff.
