The unique feature of the Prague – A Midsummer Night’s Dream festival is the location of its stage – on a pontoon on the Vltava River between Charles Bridge and most Legií (Legions Bridge). The concert is free and is intended for the broad public. The first year of the festival (summer 2010) featured the famous film score composer Goran Bregović and his Wedding and Funeral Orchestra, with the legendary Czech singer Karel Gott as a special guest. Attendance exceeded 50,000 spectators.
