Having been born and raised in Miami, FL, I was constantly surrounded by music. Whether it was Afro Cuban Jazz artists, Irish Punk bands, Classic Rock icons, or the occasional, impromptu mariachi assembly on a Friday night walking along Calle Ocho, there was rarely a quiet moment. I've been singing for as long as I can remember - I started alongside my dad while he played all the greats on acoustic and electric guitar, and eventually joined choir and acappella groups, especially once I'd moved away from home. I've recently moved to DC and would love nothing more than to keep signing and connect with people who love music as much as I do!

Influences
As it is for many, music was always - and continues to be - an outlet of self-expression whether it be mental, emotional, social, or physical (I can't ever turn down a mosh pit).
Although I'm always on the look out for new artists and sub-genres, I never forget my roots - Armstrong's ability to storytell through a trumpet, Dylan's lyrical genius, Hendrix's re-invention of guitar playing, Zepplin's talent for classically rocking out, Metallica's mark on heavy metal, or 4 Non Blondes ever-present grip on Millenials, are just a few of the many influences that cultivated my love/obsession for/with music.
