SEEKING
Band to Join, Harmonica, Vocalist - Baritone.ABOUT
.Was in a blues/rock band for a couple of years- Beatles were a favorite of our band leader, but we worked various other genres. I can do some singing- pretty good with harmonies, but COPD issues have lessened my sustain.
I don't do copycat fills for the most part, but I'm pretty good with tasty,on key solos and vampire. I currently jam with a few bands as time permits- they're really good bands and they always welcome me to work with them.
I'm on one video on YouTube- check out "Sway Roadhouse Blues"- live at Daryl's House.

Influences
Extremely varied influences- hundreds of songs from 50's thru 90s. Not a musical snob- I don't dismiss entire genres, though I can't do much with Rap or Hip Hop, or today's American Idol-type singing stuff. Grew up with Irish, folk, classical and American, campfire-type tunes, then on to the 60's through 90's, with some assorted 50's goodies. Basically, I'll play with anything if the key and beat are right.

EQUIPMENT
Just harmonica- exclusively Hohner Special 20, all keys. I prefer my MadCat mic, but no problem with any mic I can cup. When it comes to amps, monitors, soundboards, that sort of thing, I'm virtually clueless. I bring my harps, my mics, and a cheerful and upbeat attitude.
