I have been writing and self recording music for 8 years. The Life-Breath Populous serves as a platform to explore any musical idea that I have.

I have been in 3 bands while working as The Life-Breath Populous (5 years) and am currently with a cover band. We are a 6 piece: vox, sax, lead, rhythm(me), bass, and drums. We have about 5 originals forming and will be doing some local gigs this winter.
