Hi there,
We are looking for a new champion DRUMMER for cinematic indie rock/electronic artist, Lila Rose (.lilarosemusic).
Please go to the website, listen to the most recent album, WE.ANIMALS., watch the 5 music videos, read some interviews and reviews, etc. In short: please research thoroughly before responding to this add: we are looking for someone very specific.
The current drummer is triggering tracks from ableton, since the songs have full production. So having someone with a good understanding of Ableton is bonus. Even more of a bonus is someone who has experience triggering lighting and 3D mapping... since our current drummer also does all of this. It is NOT necessary, but certainly ideal. An interest in learning these things could be sufficient as well. It's easy, and training would be provided.
The live show is a one of a kind experience including a multi media rig (this includes a human size cage from which Lila sings, with 3d mapping projected along its outside surface). It would be great to have someone who is excited to be performing with a one of a kind show (literally) and is down to help set up/tear down. Essentially, having a team member is ideal.
Pay is based on pay of the show, but can be negotiated depending on how bad ass you are.
Voted best the in the Bay in EBEX, voted top 30 music videos of 2015, voted best in show, etc... good things are happening. We just got off tour and are preparing for an East Coast tour, followed by another West Coast tour and possibly on to a short European tour in the summer.

-Awesome
-Have an understanding of electronics and how to trigger Ableton, etc
-Obviously super duper talented and pick up new parts right away
-A great performer (ie: you don't get nervous and mess up alot). You have performed ALOT already so it's second nature to you
-Mature and easy to get along with/communicate with
-Flexible with your schedule. You are able/excited to go on tour and pick up gigs sometimes with fairly little notice
-Excited about this music and want to rock the F out
