I began under the name Lindsey Mae. My career skyrocketed for the first four years. I toured the East Coast playing at venues such as The Living Room (NYC), Rockwood Music Hall (NYC), the Canal Room (NYC), Piano’s (NYC), The Local 269 (NYC), Dogfish Head Brewery (Rehobeth Beach, DE), Chickfest Music Festival (Dewey Beach, DE), Iota Club (Washington D.C.), Club Passim (Boston), the MiddleEast Club (Boston), and the Victoria Station Cafe (CT).

I recorded my first self-titled EP in 2008, Lindsey Mae. It was five-tracks of mellow, summer-breeze goodness. After the tour in 2009, I moved to New York City to attend the Fashion Institute for Advertising & Marketing.

In 2010 I began working on a full length album.

In 2011 I stopped working on that album.

I began writing the music I have always wanted to-- not what others wanted me to (which was what got me as far as I did, and I am so thankful for that). It’s just that...ultimately, the music I wanted to create was bottled. Whether it is as loved as what i previously wrote, or not, I am truly happy now that I am independent and writing what I love.
