I play numerous instruments but my main instrument (that I have gear for) is guitar. I've played in numerous pop punk bands (meaning, a genre mix of Green Day/Blink 182'ish)since high school and even some funk-punk/jam sounding bands (Red Hot Chili Peppers meets
Pearl Jam)
I work night shift ruok time but i'm trying to join/start a band that can eventually take its place as my source of income - I've never toured but i am very interested.
Also, Really bummed that the music industry (record stores/radio/distribution/labels) aren't how they were in the 80s & 90s - im only in my 20s but i guess i have an old soul. I prefer to be the sole guitarist in any band i'm in (i like the simplistic but big sound it creates)-
look forward to finding some other musicians itching to start writing/performing/recording.
