I've only been learning drums for a year (with amazing teachers, current one is Joe Mengis) but I practice & play like 1-3 hours/day. :) I am pretty obsessed with playing drums, and it has absolutely transformed me as a person and music fan. I've jammed with friends and was just convening a band for a covers show when quarantine hit...super eager to play with a band when this pandemic cools off! Can read music. Enjoy singing too but am an untutored soprano. Also, I ?? Triplets!

Influences
I'm way into indie rock/alternative rock (90s sh*t like PJ Harvey, Dinosaur Jr, Sebadoh, Janes Addiction, Beastie Boys, Cat Power, Radiohead, Stereolab, PiL, up to more current stuff like Tune-Yards, Santigold, Gorrillaz, Warpaint...). Spotify usually spins all day at my house. I really love EDM, particularly more melodic stuff like Bob Moses, Air, Tricky, Adam Freeland, Derrick Carter... I also enjoy rock, esp with a strong blues feel (Cream, Beatles, Dire Straits, Steely Dan, Rolling Stones, Sleater-Kinney, Bill Monroe).
