Our songs are played on electrified acoustic Taylor guitars (processed for a wide range of possible sounds), along with sax, clarinet or flute (one at at time ;)). On guitar we primarily use a unique alternate tuning. Our music is all original and not easy to describe. Check out our songs below.

We will play out live and will also record a digital product.

We are situated in Cave Creek and Carefree.

Influences

Beatles, Dire Straits, Alexi Murdoch, Tom Petty, The Shins, Bill Frizell, Dave Weckl, Mark Knopfler, Michael Hedges, ColdPlay, Zero 7, Air, Stanley Turrentine, Nightmares on Wax, among many others. Generally speaking, our musical tastes are eclectic and we're not really interested in just playing blues. We are into experimentation and improvisation, and on the guitar we utilize various open tunings extensively. Our sound is closest to the genre: Alternative/Pop/Jazz.

We love music sessions that are creative and fun, with openness to sharing with live audiences as appropriate. We currently rehearse twice a week (one weekend afternoon and one weeknight), more if preparing for a gig.
