Local Musician looking for other local musician with similar taste and direction musically to jam with. Im currently thinking about the possibilities of forming a band, i just need a drummer and another guitarist (bass or guitar) to get the ball rolling. Figure we can play some fun covers and start writing for fun and get polished up abit so then we can go out on the circuit and get paid to practice for something bigger. I also know many places to play out if we can get a solid ball rolling and have honed our craft enough. Another big plus to knowing another gigging musicians in the area. Obviously by my interests im a big prog rock/rock man. RUSH is my favorite, but i also really dig the classic rock giants (Zep/Floyd) and big bad prog giants like King Crimson and TOOL. Im willing to focusing on either guitar or bass and have a very Rush like style in my playing of those..
