SEEKING
Band to Join.ABOUT
I began my musical career at the age of 13 with my father’s band “Carolina”, a beach, boogie, and blues band in Beaufort, South Carolina, by sitting in on practices in the garage. My playing was influenced by instrumental rock and roll guitarists such as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Yngwie Malmsteen in the late 80’s. This continued on through the 90’s when I began writing and recording my work in my home. In 2008, I connected with some local bluegrass players and still regularly jam with them. The bluegrass group spun off a country/rock band that played local bars and private parties. From there, I joined a well known southern rock/blues group in Myrtle Beach and played three years of festivals and frequent club gigs. I have recently moved to Summerville due to a new job and am looking to join a band in the Charleston area.
