Our band plays R&B, funk, rock, and some modern pop that people like to hear. We need a keyboard player. We practice once a week for a couple of hours. That will continue until we no longer need that much practice. We are aiming for quality gigs and will be ready by spring if we can get a committed person to join us to play keys. So far we have a sax player, guitar, bass, drums, and lead female vocalist. We are looking for someone mature (we don't care how old you are-just how mature you are), someone who keeps his/her commitments, a person who is loyal, dedicated, and tenacious.
This is a new band, but it is made up of professional musicians who have been a part of the Columbus music scene before. We are all pros. Practice agendas are made up the week before and we show up prepared to work. No tom-foolery, no drama, no partying. We are laid back, but serious about music. I am flexible, easy going, and I am self-employed so I have the time for practice. I am experienced both on stage and in studio. Open to all opportunities.
