ABOUT

I was born into a very musical family; my parents and brother are all professional Mariachi musicians and play nationally. I always loved the music of my heritage, but my heart called to the piano. I started playing in 2000, the first piece I ever learned was Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata", and I have been in love with it ever since. In 2006 I was accepted into the University of New Mexico's Virtuoso Masterclass, lead by Professor Falco Steinbach where I furthered my knowledge of classical piano and eventually started composing my own pieces.

In 2009, I decided to become a rebel and leave my hometown to join a rock band, and I ended up in Savannah, Georgia. I started playing with a band called Word of Mouth, formed by myself and seven other eclectic artists. We recorded a full length album on Nashville's Music Row in, and the album is set to come out on vinyl later this year. We also headlined a couple of regional music festivals, playing for crowds of over 2,000 people.

We all eventually went our separate ways in 2014, and that is when I moved to Charleston, South Carolina and was introduced to some up and coming artists in the area who needed a keyboardist to go on tour with them. I toured 28 states in the summer of 2014 with artist Johnny Delaware, and accompanied the band Susto for a couple of big shows, one of those shows being the opening act for country music band Alabama for a crowd of over 15,000 people.

I had a lot of fun but my heart was being called to the West Coast. I have always loved Los Angeles, and I want to take my career and skills to the next level. It helps to push your limits when you are surrounded with incredible talent daily! I moved here February of 2015 so I have been here almost a year and in this time I have been working full-time as a background and commercial actor, and in all my free time writing and recording solo music.
