SEEKINGOther Percussion, Violin, Saxophone, Piano, Background Singer, Flute, Fiddle, Dobro, Steel guitar, Cello.
Established Staten Island band, originals, classic rock, blues, folk, Beatles, need to replace our lead violin player. Male or female, any age is OK, although we are veteran musicians our selves. We can substitute a lead flute, sax, cello or whatever, to fill this spot of a second lead (I also play lead guitar). Must be able to perform exciting solos, and improvise.
We also may need, preferably a female singer, who is experienced in 3 part harmony, and may also be asked to play some percussion (tambo, cowbell etc).
Must be willing to commit, and rehearse with us until you have our material down. Staten Island resident preferred, or you must be willing to drive from a near by location. We are easy to work with, with good attitudes, and we expect the same from you. -- email us for coming season gigs.
