Joaquin Carew Jr. is a guitarist whose family lineage includes a long line of entertainers: Saxophonists, Drummers, Tap Dancers, Vocalists, Independent Recording Artists and Independent Film Actors. He is a Graduate of Career Institutes of America, Miami Beach, Florida. Where he performed various styles of music with international musicians. ........Raised by his grandparents in a culture of entertainers. At 14, Joaquin began playing guitar in the family band for: Music Festivals, Graduation Events, Proms, Local Talent Events, etc? After 4 years he was guided into another direction and from there began conversing with older musicians and sitting in with various bands as the opportunities presented themselves. ........ Recording, co-writing and co-producing original material as a member of the group Valentino. Joaquin performed on South Beach at various venues including Penrods and Washington Square. He also appeared in the video ?The Girl is Trouble? by Latin Recording Artist Reme?. Continuing his musical career in Dallas, Houston and throughout the Mid-West. He's played guitar in back up bands for Independent Recording Artists at Showcases for Solar and Warner Bros. Records; Entertaining at Concert After Parties and Private Parties. ........His style and sound is original and unique. He is experienced with a mixture of multiple styles: Funk / Rock / Pop / Contemporary Jazz / and Christian. Joaquin has enjoyed many different types of music.
