MALICE COY seeking a versatile vocalist and frontman able to perform and sing with influences from rock, hard rock, classic rock, grunge to blues. Ideal singer is humble, contributes to collaborative songwriting, enjoys alternative rock music, can sing on pitch and on time, motivated to improve, good stage presence, punctual and present at practice and shows, can practice once a week-sometimes twice (Friday + extra as needed) do shows once or twice a month, willing to work towards recording first full-length studio album, able to pay monthly lockout fee, and contribute towards merchandise, marketing, and social media efforts. Ability to play keyboard or rhythm guitar would be a plus, but not required

We have upcoming gigs pending. We have access to professional recording. MALICE COY is not a metal band.

Needed from Vocalist:
* Willing to practice 2 to 3 times a week, invest time and energy
* Reliable, up-front, honest, on-time, no flaking, no drugs, no money problems, no drama, no coming to practice under any substance
* No egos, able to take constructive criticism and learn from each other as musicians
* Must have pro gear, transportation, and a secure day job
* Able to engage and entertain the audience, be the frontman
* Always working to improve and motivate the band to go forward
* Can play in common time signatures, understand music, changes, dynamics, etc.
* Must be able to write original lyrics
* Comfortable with improv and jamming
* Comfortable in a recording studio environment
* Comfortable and confident playing live
* Most comfortable with classic to modern rock styles
* Be a semi-technical wizard with simplicity
* Open to gigging on weekdays and weekends
* Willing to share the cost of the lockout and producing of merchandise
