Hi there, laid back female vocalist looking for band members (or to join your band).
Would like the following instruments, but not ruling anything out:
Piano/keyboard
Guitar
Bass
Percussion
I have not decided on a particular style. I am open to many styles of music (Rock, R&B, Country and more).
I do not have formal training, i had a few voice lessons in high school, but nothing long term. I feel that if i meet up with potential band members, I will be auditioning for you as much as you will be for me. I am working on coming up with some samples to play for you or will just pick something to sing when we meet up.
Once we get started I prefer one long session a week, preferably on weekends so we can have plenty of time to practice and make progress.
I live in Federal Way, but willing to travel up to 30 miles. I would mostly like to do this for fun and for the music, but I also want to play live and would love to get signed and make it big, but I'll be perfectly happy playing gigs and recording own cd even if we dont get famous.
Hope I can find some great people to work/play with.
